Dolce Gusto Stackable Dispenser

Dolce Gusto Stackable Dispenser

Trying to build a stackable capsule dispenser for Dolce Gusto Capsules. Currently printing this version for the first time myself, so haven't tested the dispenser-part yet. The rails work perfectly well, though. Update 19.10.2016 (dd.mm.yyyy): Discovered that some capsules are slightly longer than others. Need to give them a bit more room. Works great with my older Nesquick caps, but the new coffee I got doesn't slide easily enough... Fingers crossed that I actually created the model based on the size of the capsule, so updating the capsule might fix this... P.S: Problem is/was caused by bulge on capsule lid. Testing a fix. Will upload new files if it works Update 12.11.2016: Stole an idea from Saur0n on how to fix problem with bulge on capsules. Increased angle on dispenser, trying to mitigate problem with caps following each other out... Not tested yet, as I am having problems with my printer... Update 20.12.2016: Haven't had time to work on this project much lately, so I'm uploading the F360 file. If you make any changes, I'd love to get a mention, and/or just post a comment telling me about it so I can check it out Print Settings Printer: Wanhao i3 Duplicator Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 20% Notes: Printing in PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.1mm layer height, 5mm brim, supports everywhere. 30mm/s
