I lost some game pieces, so I asked Google to find images of the game. I took my own photos of the remaining parts too. With those pictures and paint.net... For each part: I traced the outline of one piece in the picture with color correction and the magic wand. Then I filled the selection solid black. Next, I copied the black selection into Inkscape. From there, I converted pixel graphics to vector graphics by going to Path->Bitmap.... After that, I deleted the pixel graphics, resized the vector graphics to the right size, and modified the path with B'ezier curves so it would work in OpenScad. Finally, I saved it as a .dxf file. Done.
