Doggie new joints
thingiverse
This "Doggie" model by TrevM is an impressive design that I've used myself, but found it challenging to fit the legs correctly. To resolve this issue, I modified the OpenSCAD code to create flexible joints for simple attachment to ball joints. Additionally, I adjusted the plate design to accommodate dual extrusion for printing two Doggies simultaneously. Enjoy your 3D printing experience with "Doggie"! For detailed instructions, refer to the original post: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:29475 When assembling, expect the legs to click into place easily, while fitting the head may require a firm push. For added stability at larger scales, you might need to re-add support for leg ball joints that I removed in my modified version at scale 1.
