Dog waste bag holder

This holder is designed for storing dog waste bags. The main file is Holder.scad, which utilizes ISOThread.scad to create a unique M40.8 thread with a 1.5mm pitch. In Holder.scad, you'll find four lines: //body(), //body_test(), //top(), and //top_test(). Uncomment 'body()' to compile and render the main body of the holder, and 'top()' to compile and render the top. Note that the body contains print support break-outs in the bag access slot, which will need to be removed and cleaned up. The lines 'body_test()' and 'top_test()' are debug options that produce just the outside thread of the body and inside thread of the top, respectively, for testing purposes.
