I Needed A Way To Illustrate Flyball Passing On A Magnetic Whiteboard For Teaching Pass Calling Strategies So I Fabricated Customized Dog Magnets That Could Be Moved Around With Ease. They Are Pretty Adorable. \nThe Hole Is Specifically Designed To Accommodate A Small Rare Earth Flat Magnet, Easily Obtained From Any Hardware Store, And Superglued Into Place. \nI Later Added A Second Model Featuring Holes For Both 1/2" And 3/8" Magnets, And Found That Surface Glue Was Also An Effective Solution, Working Well With Any Size Magnetic Disk.\n\n I Designed The Running Dogs With Relaxed Joints To Appear As Life-Like As Possible. \nThe Final Result Should Be A Visually Appealing Demonstration That Helps Students Understand Flyball Passing Techniques Much Better Than A Flat Whiteboard Drawing.\nI Created The Design Files Specifically For This Model, Using Printed .2mm Layers With Minimal Infill, So They Won't Survive Rough Handling But Can Hold Up A Light Load Such As A Piece Of Paper On A Fridge Door.
