You saw something online that lets you stick a tennis ball on top of your phone and makes your dog look at the camera, right? I measured my iPhone 5S and fired up SketchUp to create a custom mount for it. I designed a hook to hold an elastic, sized so my phone fits snugly with its cheap, thin dollar store case on it. I won't be able to print this for a while, but feel free to give it a shot! It should print fine upside down without supports, or you can do whatever works best for you.
