It was frustrating to see my own dog's poop bags scattered all over the ground before I came up with this solution. The dowel is precisely 6.5 mm in diameter, making it compatible with most leading brands of poop bags. The brand featured in the accompanying images is Earth Rated (www.earthrated.com), and I've also confirmed that Bags on Board fit perfectly as well. The counterbore screw holes are designed to securely attach washers up to 9 mm, providing extra stability for the holder when mounted on a wall. For indoor use, you can lower the infill percentage to 50% or less, while maintaining a sturdy structure. I opted for 50% infill to ensure the holder's durability in rough outdoor conditions.
