This is a dog poop bag holder/dispenser that mounts to the underside of a cabinet.I was sick of leaving the bags on the counter, and opening the cabinet door was just too much for me to handle. So I spend=t some time figuring out a good way to dispense the bags. Quite similar to the bag dispenser for the vegetables at a grocery store. There needs to be some interference between the bag roll and the rod. Too much friction and the bags tear off too easily, too little friction and you have to use two hands to tear it off. For this reason, the rod is tapered. The first few rolls I used some oil to help get the roll on the rod. The inner sleeve of the rolls we buy are plastic, so I'm assuming there are some differences between brands/rolls.
