dog muzzle

My energetic dog consistently breaks any muzzle within a week. And it's tough to find the right size - usually she can't open her mouth in any muzzle I've bought. Additionally, some of them have poor ventilation, causing my dog to overheat quickly. So I decided to create a 3D printed model to make my own muzzles using food-safe and highly flexible filament. It took multiple attempts, with over ten versions before it fit perfectly. Files Description: muzzle_light - standard version muzzle_hard - same size but thicker walls near the cheeks where the light version often breaks vase_test - a solid block of the final shape to test in vase mode with PLA if it fits your dog's muzzle SLDPRT files are the source models for SolidWorks To complete the assembly, you'll need soft rubber or leather sheet and two rivets for nose support. If you plan to print this and your vase test is successful, please contact me through comments. I can offer advice on support settings in your slicer. Please choose safe plastic when printing!
