Inspired by a ridiculous consumer product, this too is intended to be a joke. Its a flexible pet brush that allows you to 'lick' your pet. I made a cat version, this is the dog version. You can put your finger through the hole to hold it by hand or put the holder in your mouth. The mount/finger holder clips into place. Force it in with a flat head screwdriver & it wont come back out.
