Dog Leg Cast / Brace

The other day my pup sprained his leg, and the vet told me it was nothing to worry about, but he needed to stay off of it as much as possible to avoid further stress on it. So I decided that a brace would help him not put too much weight on it and give it time to heal. I carefully measured my pup's leg to get an exact measurement for the custom-fit lightweight brace, then printed it out and voila! It fits like a glove and doesn't let the joint move even an inch. As a result, he puts minimal pressure on that leg and heals fast. Maybe this won't work for every dog's leg out there, but I wanted to share how my 3D printer helped out my furry friend in his time of need.
