Using the provided options, a Chihuahua (Dog) image will be used with a scale of 1. The text "Pee" will be displayed in size 11 font, rotated at 350 degrees and positioned at coordinates (-20, 15). It will have a thickness of 4 and the background will be added. Furthermore, the image will have a ring with an outer radius of 10 and an inner radius of 7, located at coordinates (-10, 35). The text "Wee" will be displayed in size 16 font, positioned at coordinates (0, -5), rotated at 10 degrees and will also have a thickness of 3. The design dimensions will be 80 (width) by 60 (height) pixels, with a height of 5 pixels for the rectangle surrounding the text and image. Lastly, a hole will be cut in the image itself.
