One of my anklebiters managed to strip the threads from a drawer knob. I fixed it without drawing attention, but made sure to leave a note for the culprit. I suggest printing in TPU so that the tail can flex easily. It uses an M5 square nut (no need to apologize, they're readily available) and a 20mm screw.
