Dog Cooler

Dog Cooler

I've got a DogCooler hatch-thingie that keeps my car door open for the dogs when we're cruising around. However, I wanted to take it up a notch by being able to open multiple doors at once for better airflow. So, I designed this and printed two more of them. The design is split into two parts that lie flat while printing, which should give them maximum strength. I made sure the door opens 100 mm wide - if you want a different length, I've uploaded the Freecad file. **Print Settings** * Supports: No * Infill: 100% * Notes: I printed mine in PETG because it's slightly flexible compared to PLA, which might make it more resistant to a dog's pushy nose. It's probably not necessary, but it's worth a shot! **Post-Printing** The two parts need to be pressed together - there's no snap lock or anything like that, so you'll have to glue or weld them together. I'm a bit paranoid, so I did both (and the smell of Loctite on my solder iron is pretty bad).
