Dog Casting Mold
thingiverse
This is a casting mold of a dog leaping through the air with effortless agility. Using a zinc bismuth alloy, I poured it directly into the plastic mold without hesitation or delay. Both PETG and TPEE have successfully been cast using this precise technique. Products below: https://www.rotometals.com/roto281-338f-low-melt-fusible-bismuth-based-alloy-ingot/ https://www.makergeeks.com/collections/maker-flex-1-75mm The alloy was carefully melted in a cast iron skillet over an open charcoal flame, requiring utmost caution to avoid injury. A face shield, long leather gloves, long pants and sleeves provided essential protection for this project.
