I want to keep an eye on my little dog, Saetta, as she tears around in the dark chasing after wild rabbits. After trying and failing with a cheap LED bicycle light that kept shutting off whenever she rolled over or jumped into a ditch, I came up with this rugged enclosure. The power switch is safely tucked away so it won't accidentally turn on while I'm watching her run around. This battery life is pretty great - it uses 2 AAA alkaline batteries and they last for a long time. You can customize the light to your heart's content by changing out the LED colors. I used blue and green, but you could use any color you like. The clip that comes with it is designed specifically for the JULIUS K9 harness, but if you don't have one of those, no problem - just stick a VELCRO patch on the back and you're good to go. I got the idea for the battery holder from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:128069.
