You can access it via this link: http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=46704. To customize the design, follow these steps: set cut_hole_in_image to 1; adjust ring_inner to 3 and ring_outer to 6; set rectangle_width to 80 and height to 5; choose image (e.g., Dog), setting image_scale to 1; position text elements as desired by changing text1_x, text1_y, text2_x, and text2_y; adjust ring_x and ring_y for the ring placement; set rectangle_height to 60; choose font (e.g., write/Letters.dxf) and define text1_size and text2_size; rotate text elements as desired by changing text1_rotate and text2_rotate; finally, leave add_back as None. Customize the texts by filling in my_text1 and my_text2 fields accordingly.
