Dodge Ram Jack Clips

I designed my jack to include clips holding the handle and crank, which ultimately broke due to poor quality. To resolve this issue, I took precise measurements of the original clips and then printed replacement ones using PLA plastic with 25% fill settings and support features included. Upon initially printing these replacements at a high 100% infill level, they proved defective as they cracked during mounting in the jack holder - possibly due to my initial incorrect sizing. In order for this design to function properly when manufactured in other plastics or filled entirely, please let me know your findings.
