I Designed a Handbrake Pedal Replacement Using Basic Materials. My car's foot pedal for the handbrake (emergency brake) was broken, so I decided to replace it. I designed a new one using basic PLA and attached it with silicon filling to secure it in place. To make sure everything fit together perfectly, I used basic silicon glue to fill all the gaps inside and added extra resistance. After using it for one month without any issues, I was happy with my creation. The design was very simple, but it worked flawlessly on the first try, so I didn't feel the need to make any changes.
