The 3D model was designed using 3dsmax 2015 and Vray 3.20.03 software. It showcases both detailed exterior and interior designs. The model has 249,000 polygons and 268,000 vertices when Turbosmooth is turned off, while activating it with one iteration increases the polygon count to 1,207,000 and reduces the vertex count to 693,000. The model is constructed in real-world scale using metric units. All objects, materials, and textures are appropriately labeled for easy identification. For organization purposes, all objects are grouped and arranged within layers. However, the lighting setup is not included in the package.
