The 12-sided dodecahedron is a solid geometric figure that has twelve flat faces and twenty uniform triangular facets. Its pentagonal faces meet at their vertices to form corners, while its edges are straight lines connecting these points of intersection. The sum of the interior angles in any given triangle of the dodecahedron will be exactly 180 degrees, just like all triangles.
