**Update 9/15/2019 I finally finished sanding, priming, sanding, finish priming, painting, and airbrushing the model. It turned out great and I uploaded some primed photos with an SD card for scale, and the final image. I printed the STL at 250% scale to make it approximately life sized to the CG characters in the show. The file is high enough resolution that facets are not visible up to about 500% scale, but that would be nearly 20 inches tall.** **Updated 8/28/19** After printing the first file I realized that, while cute, it was a little too cartoony for the actual prop. I went in and fixed the feet and hands to be more screen accurate and also tweaked the head shape a bit. The new design is "Adipose2.stl" My giftee for the Reddit Cosplay Gift Exchange requested things related to their upcoming show costume as the 10th Doctor. I immediately thought of the cute little "fat monster" as a fun prop for the costume that most people would not have. Checking Thingiverse for a model to print, I came across the scan by Traemorluna. The file is pretty rough and not really printable as is. So, I popped the model into Meshmixer and started smoothing, pushing, and pulling surfaces to model the little guy. The overall proportions were in the initial model, but that's about it. Everything else was modeled from scratch. To print near correct size, scale up to 250% (still fits on an Ender 3 build plate). Due to the round nature of the body, very little infill is needed, but you will need supports for the arms and the crotch/butt area.
