This is a head (and Clapper (prosthetic hand in the form of a big metal ball) for a custom action figure of "Doctor Bong," Howard the Duck's greatest comic-book villain. I guess he's also gone up against the She-Hulk and Deadpool. It's actually a remix, but I can't make that function work on the page. I'll name sources below.
