I redesigned the Dock for my Asus Zenfone 3 (5.5") to be compatible with thin cases, which was the primary reason I remixed the original design from Thingiverse's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1778348. The dock's holes are now optimized for aftermarket USB-C cables from Rampow. UPDATE MKIII: I made several adjustments to improve the design: - Increased tolerances for a more precise fit - Lengthened the dock slightly for better stability - The original USB cable should now fit securely You can use the provided STL file or gcode file, which I tested and printed successfully. The recommended settings are as follows: - Layer height: 0.2 mm - Wall thickness: 1 mm - Infill percentage: 25% - Fill method: Triangular - Wall speed: 20 mm/s - Infill speed: 25 mm/s - Fan speed: 100% at layer 2 - Brim: 4 mm I printed the dock with filamentive Carbon Fibre.
