Designed specifically for the Doc Green ESA 5000 (Xiaomi M365 / Pro clone) E-Scooter, which is periodically sold by Lidl, these Vibration Dampeners fix a common issue with shaky handlebars caused by a quick-release retention clip wearing and becoming loose over time. These dampeners were designed after struggling to find any suitable 3D models that fit the Doc Green scooter perfectly, taking inspiration from RRacers Xiaomi M365 solution. The 10 provided models offer a range of thicknesses: 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.4mm, 1.6mm, 1.8mm and 2mm. The model is designed to be printed in TPU (flexible filament) and should be installed behind the adjustable bar that serves the handlebar retaining clip. The photos supplied show how to do it. Unlike most purchasable off-the-shelf dampers, these sit firmly in place and won't fall out unexpectedly when folding down the handlebars. If you like this model, please click the 'Like' button.
