I upgraded my Dobot Magician grippers by 22mm, which required me to use Fusion 360 to design an extension that fits seamlessly around the existing gripper. To install the new extensions, I simply unscrewed the gripper arms using an allen key and relocated the two washers that connect the arm from one end to the other. Once in place, I screwed the extenders back on, and my upgraded grippers were ready for use.
