<p>So after a few weeks of iterating and testing, I now have a design that actually works. You can find that here: <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/72725-bicycle-pannier-hook-for-10mm-tubes">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/72725-bicycle-pannier-hook-for-10mm-tubes</a><br><br>Leaving this one here, but it's far too wimpy. <br><br>ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION:<br><br>This is a bicycle pannier hook designed to clip onto 10mm tubes-- tested on Axiom and Surly racks.</p><p>Printed on an Elegoo Saturn at 0.075mm layer height in Siraya Build Resin, a pair of them appear to hold 11 pounds (5kg) with no problems even when bouncing the bike. They have not been road tested yet.</p><p>It bolts on with two 6-32 flat head bolts and includes a slot for 3/8" grosgrain ribbon to be threaded through the body in order to back-up the hook attachment. Hole spacing is ¾" OC.</p>
