My trusty DnD miniature bases are a labor of love, crafted in a country where everyday essentials like these often prove elusive. I've resorted to bonding my minis - and occasionally my fingers - to these makeshift bases with nothing but glue! They're designed in increments of 25mm and measure a consistent 3mm in height, making them an ideal match for the WizKids line of Dungeons & Dragons minis. A subtle yet practical feature is the convex bevel surrounding each edge. Not only does it add a touch of visual flair, but it also helps prevent pesky warping on certain printers. Each base boasts a recessed bottom, serving several purposes: 1. It minimizes filament usage. 2. It prevents the bases from bowing upwards due to material shrinkage. 3. It allows for added weight - in the form of coins or metal washers - to be embedded underneath, effectively amplifying the mini's mass. These bases are printed top-down, eliminating the need for support structures. However, the surface finish will vary depending on the printbed used.
