DnD Board

First Attempt at Creating Something Useful in OpenSCAD I'm excited to share my first project that's actually worth something in OpenSCAD. The creation is a compact board measuring 200 x 200 mm, with carefully designed fields and spaces. The dimensions of each field are precisely 18mm, with a consistent spacing of 2mm between them. This configuration allows for efficient use of space while maintaining a clean layout. To minimize the complexity of my design, I employed a clever technique in OpenSCAD. Instead of defining separate variables for the spaces, I created a reusable module called "rille." This module was then inserted into a loop twice to generate the desired pattern. As a result, the number of lines required to define the board decreased dramatically, from 70 to just 15. I'm eager to print this design soon and share the results with you.
