Evolv Dna250c Mod: Evolved Design For Demonstration Units. Original STEP File And STL's Included For Printing. Alternative Front Plate And Original One To Fit Different 510 Adapter Also Provided. The Original Demo Vapes Used A Turningy Bolt 4s 1000mah Battery, Which Is HV Rated And Should Be Charged To 4.35v Per Cell. Charging Via USB Only Reaches 4.2V, So About 90% Charge, Resulting In Shorter Duration But More Charge Cycles. The Design Requires Modification For Different Batteries, As The One Mentioned Fits Perfectly Without Extra Room. Button Scales May Need To Be Adjusted Down In XY, Ideally Not Rattling But Not Sticking Either. A Screen Holder Is Included, Which May Not Be Practical To Print With Standard Nozzle Size (0.15mm). However, It Provides A Good Representation Of The Final Product. The STL File For The Dna250c Board With Screen Holder And Screen Allows You To Visualize How They Fit Together. This Mod Is Probably The Smallest And Lightest Dna250c 4s Mod That Is Practical. The Battery Life Is Impressive, Almost Lasting A Full Day Before Needing A Top-Up. Replaced Screws Were Found On Ebay - Recessed Hex (Allen) Head M2.5 Stainless Steel Screws. The Holes May Require Drilling Out To Fit The Screws, But They Have Held Well In Daily Use. The Same Model Has Been Used Since Then, With The Only Change Being The Color Of The Buttons, From Blue To White Over 7 Months Ago.
