My First Dabble with CAD Design without any Prior Experience in 3D Design or CAD It was just a TINKERCAD design in 60 minutes, perfect for testing out ideas for people who want to experiment. The following settings worked well: Layer Height: 0.2 Shells: 2 Infill: between 20-30 percent Solid Bottom/Top: set to 3 layers Supports are only used for the top-cap and not for any holes Components: DNA200 Screws: M1,7mm x 6mm Magnets: A1: 5D1H, A2: 5D1H + 8x3x1, A3: 8x3x1 Battery: LiPo FullyMax FB900HP 3S 11,1V (30/60C) Backup Batteries: Turnigy Nano-Tech 950mAh 3S 11,1V (25/50C) Pichler LemonRC 850mAh 3S 11,1V (30/60C) Soldering Instructions: Please refer to the attached Pictures Update: Beta Version 2 Big Thanks for Your First Comments! I have modified the design by making the walls thicker and resized the 510 bed. Update: Beta Version 3 The Box has been resized to provide more space for the LiPo battery. The DNA board has been moved further away from the internal 510 connection. The magnet holes have been resized. Additional Design Features: Three Different Magnetholder-versions are now available. Included is a Software Package for the DNA Board.
