I designed this DNA133/75 3D printed mod to fit two 18650 batteries and one DNA200/75 board. I suggest printing with ABS or PETG material. You may need supports for the board standoffs depending on the design. I recommend a print resolution of 200 microns or less. Typical print time is three hours, including lid and buttons. The box is designed for easy installation. If anyone makes this mod, please post it - I'd love to see it! I've updated the design to V3 with added battery brackets and a thicker battery tray for strength. A tiny bit of extra thickness has been added overall. I've also made some further updates to V4, fixing the battery brace placement and enlarging the screen cutout. Here are the parts you'll need: * Battery clips: Keystone 228 and 209 * DNA 200/75 board from Evovlapor.com * 22mm 510 Varitube For printing, use a MakerGear M2 printer with these settings: * Printer Brand: MakerGear * Printer: M2 * Rafts: Doesn't Matter * Supports: Doesn't Matter * Resolution: 200 micron or less * Infill: The higher, the better
