A palindromic DNA sequence is featured in the molecular surface of a DNA double helix, with coordinates from Protein Data Bank entry 1SK5. The sequence is 5'-CTTTTAAAAG-3', and STL files were created using VMD. Models made with MakerWare 2.2.2.89 on a Makerbot Replicator 2 in PLA, standard resolution with raft and supports, 15% infill, 2 shells, represent single DNA strands that fit together without excessive force.
