DMC2 CNC Coolant Adapters for Machine and Bucket

This includes an adapter for the machine's drain at the back so you can connect the hose straight down, no bends. You will need five M3 bolts and nuts and drill into the aluminum drain part your kit came with to attach it. You may want to use silicone to seal it.It also includes adapters for the bucket so the bucket can be under the table the DMC2 sits on with an offset drain into it. The bucket adapter uses two 2" ABS plumbing elbows. Print in ABS and glue everything together with abs glue or acetone, or print in something else and use a suitable glue. Cut a hole in the lid for the ABS elbow, add a flange on top and below the lid on the elbow to hold the elbow onto the lid (it will be able to rotate). Then glue the hose connector in the top elbow. I used an M5 threaded insert installed from the inside of the connector and an M5 bolt to hold the hose in place. I used a Home Depot 2 gallon bucket, but whichever bucket fits your needs will work.Printing:I printed quick and fast, 120mm/s, 0.6mm nozzle, 0.3mm line height in ABS. If I did it again, I would use 0.2mm line height or less just to get a better print. But it is functional and I am impatient! The Machine adapter is printed cylinder side down, no supports. The Coolant adapter rings are printed with the wider flange down and the hose adapter, I printed with the larger diameter down. Both with no supports.
