Dlink camera pole
thingiverse
Pole for mounting Dlink cameras on a ground spear. Specifically made for the DCS-8635LH, but should work with DCS-8627LH and other models as well. Features a compartment for the cable connectors and a hollow pole to pass the cable towards the ground spear. Includes a seperate extender for the pole. Print as many extenders as you need. Hope you like my design! Instructions: All parts should print well upside down without the need for supports. Attach the camera mount to the pole by passing the included zipties through the channels in the pole. Cut the zipties so they don't stick out from the mount. Make sure you leave enough space to pass the cable and connector through the horizontal channel in the pole. First, pass the cable horizontally through the pole, then vertically down towards the ground spear. Stuff the connectors and any extra cable into the compartment on the back side of the pole. Finally, attach the lid for the compartment. Please notice that the two pictures of the cabling shows an earlier version without the hollow pole. [Print and use at your own risk]
