DL-24 Electronic Load Housing (Box)

DL-24 Electronic Load Housing (Box)

thingiverse

I designed this thing specifically for my DL-24 electronic load because I couldn't find anything suitable on Thingiverse. So, I took matters into my own hands and created one myself. Printing was a breeze, except for the "housing.stl" file which required some extra attention since the air windows were sitting on flimsy posts. To fix this, I slowed down my Prusa printer, and everything turned out great in the end. The photos you see are of an earlier version, but I've refined some parts to make it easier for you or in case you want to print a second one. The lid might need a little adjustment until it fits perfectly, possibly requiring some grinding, but my prints came out just fine. Note that I removed the plastic feet and let the PCB rest directly on the BasePlate without taking any precautions against dropping it upwards - there are limits, after all! The "zsb.stl" file shows the screws and inner structure, but I'm not sure if you'll be able to disassemble it. I printed at medium quality with a 0.2mm layer height and was thrilled with the result! This electronic load is an excellent device, and I'm really impressed with its performance. Kudos to Banggood for making it possible!
