DKFM logo 3D (unofficial) fan made
thingiverse
I'm excited to introduce you to the radio station DKFM! You can check them out here: https://decayfm.com. As a huge fan of the station, I wanted to create a 3D logo for them. I've uploaded some STL files for your convenience, but keep in mind that the barrier between the base and cutout is only .25, so you'll need to adjust these depending on your printer resolution. To get the best results, I highly recommend listening to DKFM while printing these designs - it's a must-have experience! I tried consolidating the files into one for the customizer, but unfortunately, it ran out of memory. I've included the file anyway, just for fun! If you're using OpenScad, I've broken down the file into manageable modules. You'll find separate pieces for the heart and guitar, including curved and non-curved bases, as well as various heart designs. Feel free to reuse these modules in any future project. The key variable to focus on is "guitarOffset," which controls the space between the heart cutout and the guitar base. Be prepared to tweak this setting according to your needs. Important warning: If your Z-axis movement is wavy at all, these parts won't fit together properly. I've already tested them with a subpar printer, and they require post-processing to assemble correctly.
With this file you will be able to print DKFM logo 3D (unofficial) fan made with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on DKFM logo 3D (unofficial) fan made.
