To produce a lightweight object, set your printer to use 0% infill, 2 shells (perimeters), and "Disable Top Layers" in ReplicatorG. This can be achieved by using the fill.py script from thingiverse.com/thing:65624. If you're using a different slicer, you can edit the g-code to eliminate the top layer or simply halt the print process.
