It is the high-quality, low-poly model of DJI Zenmuse H4-3D gimbal for use with the GoPro Hero3 and Hero4 cameras. This high-performance gimbal mounts directly on the DJI Phantom 2 Quadcopter, a leading aerial photography platform. The model's accuracy was achieved through extensive modeling using ortho-photos of the real gimbal. For enhanced realism and versatility, the low-poly model has been designed with ease of use in mind. The reduced polygon count and minimal material usage make it an ideal solution for 3D-Graphics applications such as game development, interior design, motion picture art, visualization, and more. A unique combination of careful topology planning and high-quality textures creates a highly detailed appearance while keeping polygon counts to a minimum. Additional textures like Specular, Glossiness, and Bump are used to create advanced realism. For optimal results with Bump mapping, we recommend setting the Bump Multiplier to 0.2 in Maya Software or V-Ray MTL materials. With its detailed, authentic design and realistic reflections, this model provides a maximum quality image even at close range. Total texture count is four high-resolution images, each 2048 pixels squared and saved in .png format. The textures also come with a companion file in the PSD format for ease of use. Gimbal animation can be achieved by rotating three hinge level groups using a simple keyframe approach. These keyframes are easily accessible via Maya's intuitive user interface. The model was created using Maya 2009 software, and it comes with accurate real-world scale measurements in centimeters. All components are correctly named and grouped for easy identification. For users interested in exploring rendering capabilities, we have included an adjusted render-scene set up in Maya 2014 with V-Ray 2.40. This scene will work seamlessly in earlier versions of Maya and V-Ray up to version 2.0 when saved as a .ma file. This Low-Poly model can also be easily integrated into other 3D software like Cinema 4D, Blender, and Autodesk 3ds Max through compatible import files. Important: As this is a low-poly model, it does not utilize smoothing modifiers and therefore should be used without applying them.
