DJI Smart Controller Harness Mount

This is a straightforward harness adapter that leverages the two M4 threaded holes on the bottom face of the DJI Smart Controller for the Mavic 2, likely intended for a harness or similar accessory which, as of this publication, has yet to be released by DJI. You will need at least two M4 machine screws with lengths between 6mm and 12mm. One design is countersunk for flat head screws while the other is designed for button head screws. The USB-C connector hole fits snugly around the one supplied with the controller, which appears to be quite robust, allowing it to work seamlessly with almost any USB-C cable. There are also cut-outs to accommodate the speakers. I have endeavored to draft and fillet the corners of this part to match the fit on the controller using the available fasteners without removing too much material, thereby preserving its strength. The design includes sufficient filleting to prevent stress cracking and failure but please print it with a strong filament that has good layer adhesion - PET at the very least - as printing with PLA would compromise the part's integrity due to its brittleness. I have deliberately designed the loop where the harness clips into to be perpendicular to the Z axis, which places tension along the extrusions rather than along layers. A thick shell and adequate infill should minimize flexing. Additionally, consider annealing the part after printing to enhance its strength. I also have a secondary design with the loop on the reverse edge (back face of the controller), acknowledging that scratching the screen may be an issue depending on the type of clip used and how it is handled. I need to see both designs in action before finalizing everything.
