DJI S1000+ Arm Bracket
thingiverse
This is a bracket that I designed using OnShape based on the original part from my DJI S1000+ drone. DJI support mentioned to me that these are not compatible between S1000/S1000+. Replacement arms are very hard to find and expensive, if you do find it you may have to buy the full drone arm including motor and ESC. I designed it with a little more plastic at the attachment point for the arm as I found this was a weaker spot. This version seems to be holding up better, but you do have to be careful to slice with your best possible settings for strength in terms of temperature, flow, part orientation, etc. I am including my gcode for those that want to print this on a CR Ender 3 like the one I have. There is a bit of gcode for BL-Touch bed leveling that you may not need. If you have a drone like this and it is sitting unused due to these broken brackets it may help you too. Still need to test fly this bracket. For best strength, print with higher temp and you may want to use Nylon if other filaments are not strong enough.
