I created this because I often want to mount my gimbal on a tripod that has an f38 base. Also I often use the tripod of the gimbal on my camera that has a f38 plate. The issue is the f38 plate on the base of the DJI rs3 battery always gets loose very easily. This holds it in place quite reliably
