The DJI Phantom3 Professional quadcopter is represented in this highly detailed 3D model. The model boasts a polycount of 558630 and a vertex count of 608028, making it an accurate representation of the real-life device. It's a high-poly model with collapsed meshes and no modifiers, designed for use in 3DS Max 2013 or later versions. Materials are included for Corona 1 (and up), Vray 2.3 (and up) and Mental Ray 2013. The file formats available include 3DS max 2013(and up) and obj (no materials). To make the obj file ready to render, some manual tweaking of the material and assigning of textures may be required. Textures are included in the unzipped files, but users might need to relink them according to their path structure using Colin Senner's free Relink Bitmaps script. A custom black material version is also included as a bonus, with all objects named and placed on a separate layer. However, the model is not rigged or suitable for 3D print, and the lighting setup from the preview renders (rendered with Corona) isn't included.
