DJI Phantom 3 Standard remote control stick protection

I recently acquired a DJI Phantom 3 Standard drone and I absolutely adore it! To safeguard my investment, I also purchased a sturdy backpack to carry the drone. To ensure the remote control remains intact, I created a protective cap that shields the sticks from damage - I believe these parts are the most vulnerable. The cap securely attaches to the eye of the stick where you can attach a neck strap, thereby eliminating the need for an elastic band or any other accessory. I designed this cap using OpenSCAD and have included the code below; please note that it may not be easy on the eyes.
