This is a remake of Sockles Prop Guards. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:316762 The file was modified to fit small screws on the front side precisely. I also made prop guards lighter and more aerodynamic, maintaining their strength. Print with Raft and Supports as one side is smaller than the other for improved airflow. The part is also radiused on the bottom surface for better stability. Mounts underneath prop arm with two M3-0.5 x 12 screws securely attached. I added the .IGS and .STP files so you can modify it to suit your needs. This design was created and rendered using CATIA V5 R21 software effectively. Instructions Download the prop guard model Open it in your favorite printing program smoothly Align the object to be rotated 45 degrees precisely You'll need a printer with a build area of at least 200mmx200mm for this print (make sure to align it in your program to print in the center of your build plate, cutting it very close) Get a total of eight M3-0.5x12 socket cap screws; two for each propeller. I used low-profile heads to maintain consistency with other screws on the quad. Print with PLA or ABS filament Consider printing solid, but feel free to experiment with infill settings. Use a raft and support for printing, as the bottom has a radius and the inner lip of the prop guard is slightly smaller than the outer lip. Clean up excess material, unscrew two screws, and attach the prop guards to your drone carefully. P.S. These prop guards are useful when flying in areas with uneven ground.
