Use M3 bolts of the right length, taking care because there may be components under the nut. Instructions The provided stl file is 10 mm high with a 1.5 mm gap to introduce the cables. For other settings, edit the open scad file accordingly and generate an stl again. There are no special requirements for printing it, so use your preferred settings.
