DJI Osmo Pocket Holder
cults3d
This version is printed in 4 different parts, requiring assembly with additional components: Gather the following items: 1 x 3 mm rod, measuring 480mm in length 4 x 2 mm rods, each 24mm long I utilized old drills as makeshift rods and applied soft cloth to the interior of the holder using glue. This GoPro-compatible holder is designed for the DJI Pocket, a world's smallest 3D gimbal capable of capturing 4K footage. The DJI Pocket was recently released in December 2018, but the universal mount is not currently offered by DJI. However, it will be available within a few weeks. Upon researching online, I found no available 3D printed models for a mount (update: after posting, a couple of designs were discovered). Given the delay, I designed this holder using Fusion360 and promptly sent it to print on my Prusa 3D printer. Key Features: * Compatible with all GoPro mounts * USB-C can be utilized while mounted * All buttons remain accessible while mounted * The snug fit allows for inverted use * The microphone port is left uncovered, ensuring optimal sound quality * Easy and rapid printing If you like this design or have suggestions for improvement, please leave a comment. Your feedback will help me create better designs. Happy filming with your Osmo Pocket! Assembly: Use the rods to connect the various parts together. The 3mm rod should be used to join the back and front cover. The remaining four rods (24mm) are intended for attaching the clips. To prevent scratches on your OP, apply soft materials (cloth or thin rubber) to the interior of the mount using glue or tape.
