I printed out a batch and discovered that the walls on the bottom were too flimsy and prone to bowing, so I beefed up the exterior by adding an extra 1.5 mm of thickness. This tweak effectively solved the issue and significantly bolstered the box's overall strength. Additionally, I deepened the DJI Mavic Pro logo to give it more visual impact since its original depth wasn't sufficient for a clear display. By adding another 1 mm of depth, I managed to achieve a much better-looking outcome. Finally, I added my name to the custom box I created to put my personal touch on it. To produce these custom prints, I used Simplify3D to slice them out with a 20% infill rate and 30% support structure in place.
