If you're like me and already own a set of filters for the DJI Mavic PRO but you own a Mavic AIR and don't want to buy a whole new set of filters, this is the part for you. As of this post, there's nothing out there that addresses this situation. It took a lot of trial and error to get the fitment tolerances just right. This is a pressure-fit style adapter, with a very tight fit around the original ring on the air. The filter fits quite snugly, so there's no fear of it falling off. The original gimbal cover will also fit over this adapter, allowing you to leave it on. However, the cover won't fit with a filter attached, so be sure to remove it before packing up your drone. I removed the ring from the camera to pressure-fit it into the adapter, and I recommend you do the same. With my filters in place, my gimbal is still free to move around the entire axis without any issues - but you'll need to test your filters to see how they fit. CAUTION!
