DJI Mavic Mini Landing Gear Extensions - Keep Your Drone Out of the Grass with Ease! These landing gear extensions are specifically designed for the DJI Mavic Mini and are made to be easy to install. They slip right onto your drone and stay securely in place. To print these, simply load the front piece onto your 3D printer's bed with the opening facing up, and the rear piece on its side. You may need to do some minor trimming depending on your printer model. For optimal results, we recommend printing these extensions using PLA filament to avoid any shrinkage issues. Alternatively, you can print them in MSLA or SLA resin for a more durable finish. Be sure to trim away any excess base layer material if needed. I've included lite files for those who prefer to use resin-based printers, such as SLA and MSLA models. While supports are not necessary, they are highly recommended to ensure a smooth printing process. I personally printed these extensions on an Anycubic Photon using Anycubic Red resin with basic settings, and the results were fantastic - even without supports! The standard size of these landing gear extensions weighs in at 12 grams when printed in PLA, while SLA versions weigh around 13 grams. If you opt for the lite version designed specifically for SLA resin, they come in at a lightweight 8 grams.
